BetterBrain’s neuroscience-based framework for measuring leadership growth.

This short survey will give you a snapshot of how you’re doing across five key areas of performance: Wholeness, Identity, Relationships, Execution, and Decision-making.

Instructions:


  • There are 25 questions in total (5 in each area).

  • The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

  • Answer honestly based on how you usually think and act with your team - your team can refer to those you manage directly or those who you work with.

  • Use the scale provided (Strongly Disagree → Strongly Agree).

  • Your results will highlight strengths, growth areas, and progress over time.
